Hats off to your next event!  Book our fun hat bar experience for your next gathering…girls’ night, bridal event, birthday party, etc.   Choose from a variety of blank trucker hats in colors that suit your style, there’s something for everyone. Customize your hat with Iron-On patches from retro vibes and quirky slogans to symbols, animals and fun graphics, mix and match to create a one-of-a-kind look.  We travel to your home or event location in Charlotte, NC and (surrounding cities).  We have a 25mil radius included (from zip code 28278) anything over will be additional .41cent a mile. 

Click on "Contact" to fill out your request.  Once we have confirmed your date and time then we will send over the booking contract and invoice.  Your event is not booked until the contract has been signed and return along with your deposit being paid.  All deposits will be paid via the website (www.shopkayselite.com) to prevent any fraud. 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your event date and will be applied to the balance.  

Estimated price details below:

  • Hourly Rate: $200 (min 2hrs with no commitment for hat minimum)
  • Packages start at $300+ depending on how many hats being requested. Time block 1hr 1/2 
    • Up to 6 people $300+ includes hats, up to 3 patches and chain.
    • 7-10 people $480+ includes hats, up to 3 patches and chain.

Note:

  • You will be allowed one reschedule if you notify us 48hrs prior to your event date/time.
  • Additional patches and chains will be available to purchase.
