Shipping policy
- We ship via USPS and/or UPS. All options are provided via checkout.
- Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed before 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day and shipped withing 24 hours.
- Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship if you chose standard shipping, excluding Expedited Shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. Please also check with your local post office after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact sales@shopkayselite.com. Please include your full name and order number.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, as the order is now in their possession.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS customer service.
